Brewing Instructions

Simmer one packet in 10 cups of water for 30 minutes.

Drain tea through colander into container and refrigerate.

Drink 2 cups/day at room temperature for the first 10 days.
 
Prepare the second packet and drink 1 cup/day for the next 20 days.
 

Store herbs in separate container and refrigerate for reuse.
