Tangerine Peel

Circulates the abdominal Qi to support digestion and decrease nausea. Contains: 8g/packet.

Kudzu Root

Expels stagnation from the neck muscles often implicated in headaches. Contains: 8g/packet.

Gastrodia Elata

Prevents the surge of uncontrolled energy, which occurs during headache and migraine episodes. Contains: 5g/packet.

Black Cohosh Root

Helps directs the transportation of other herbs to proper locations, namely the head. Contains 5g/packet.

Brewing Instructions

Simmer (do not boil) packet in 9 cups of water for 25 minutes.

Drain tea through colander into container and refrigerate.

Drink 1 cup per day. Take as long as improvements continue.

Store herbs in separate container and refrigerate for reuse.
