Kudzu Root

Releases the "exterior" in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This herb frees up the "protective energy" and allows it to ward off negative influences, particularly around the neck and head. Contains: 15g/packet.

Astragalus

Nourishes the Qi; supports the immune system; used for its skin healing properties along with other herbs. Contains: 15g/packet.

White Peony Root

Tonifies the Xue, or fluid nutrients, and assists the system responsible for the smooth flow of Xue and Qi through the body. Contains: 10g/packet.

Tuber Fleeceflower

Tonifies the Xue, or fluid nutrients. Helps to combat premature aging, especially as it pertains to the skin. Contains: 6g/packet.

Chrysanthemum Flower

Assists in the circulation of Qi and naturally enhances the immune system to help eliminate and prevent the overgrowth of bacteria. Contains: 6g/packet.

Cinnamon Bark

Supports the organ of vitality and enhances other systems to strengthen the Qi and Xue, or fluid nutrients. Contains: 6g/packet.

Strengthens the system responsible for producing the Qi that moves the Blood and moistens dryness. Contains: 5g/packet.

Brewing Instructions

Simmer packet in 9 cups of water for 30 minutes.

Drain tea through colander into container and refrigerate.

Drink 1 cup per day at room temperature.

Store herbs in separate container and refrigerate for reuse.
