White Peony Root

Tonifies blood and helps to balance the Yin aspect of physiologic functions with the Yang support of this formula. Contains: 10g/packet.

Glossy Privet Fruit

Nourishes and tonifies the Yin aspects of body functions; brings cool and quiet energy to balance the Yang. Contains: 8g/packet.

Cinnamon Bark

Different from cinnamon twig which affects the exterior of the body, the cinnamon bark warms the interior of the body, assisting Yang energy. Contains: 8g/packet.

Safflower Flower

Synergistically helps to move the blood while other herbs provide an invigorating effect. Contains: 8g/packet.

Chinese Foxglove Root

Tonifies the blood and the Yin aspect of the system for optimal Yin/Yang balance. Contains: 5g/packet.

Zedoary & Burr Reed

These two herbs are often used together to help rid the body of stagnation that prevents ideal movement of the blood. Contains: 3g/ea/packet.

Balloon Flower Root

Helps to guide the movement of Qi; directs the transportation of other herbs to proper locations. Contains 5g/packet.

Licorice Root

Often used in formulas to harmonize the effect of other herbs while helping to build the Qi. Contains 5g/packet.

Brewing Instructions

Simmer packet in 9 cups of water for 30 minutes.

Drain tea through colander into container and refrigerate.

Drink 1 cup per day during first 2 weeks of each cycle.

Store herbs in separate container and refrigerate for reuse.
